Portland Penthouse

This project started with the developers’ floor plans and allowed the client and I to dictate the overall look. Though a very modern and eco-friendly building design, we didn’t want the home to feel cold or too modern. It needed to be warm and inviting the moment you entered and take advantage of the incredible views of the ocean and city.

From the finishes and custom work I designed, to all lighting, tille and flooring, we chose every item for this home. The mix of steel, leathers, walnut accents and furnishings, and great textures and fabrics, the home is as impressive in feel as the view out the deck.
