Coastal Townhouse

This three-story townhouse condo underwent a full gut renovation over eight months. We redesigned the layout and replaced everything: plumbing, electrical, flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms and closets, office/study, windows and doors, and HVAC systems. You name it—it’s new.

The home had not been updated since it was built in the 1980s, so its condition was extremely poor, and nothing was suitable for reuse. Upgrading the mechanical systems to meet current standards accounted for a large share of the budget—critical work that isn’t visible, but was absolutely essential.

Kitchen

By removing the wall that once separated the small kitchen from the dining area, we were able to add a large pantry cabinet section and an island with a beverage fridge for easy access. Natural light now floods what was once a dark, tiny kitchen.
